Composing (with) Systems

A short note to mention that next week on Wednesday 26th March I am doing a short demonstration of 65LABS' Wreckage Systems project at a conference called Composing (with) Systems at the University of Sheffield.

I only have half an hour so it is not going to be in any way exhaustive, more of a speed-run through what Wreckage Systems broadly is and some explanations of how a few of the specific systems were put together.
It is open to everyone, but it does seem to be aimed at quite a specific audience who are into extremely niche music theory and/or systems building. So just to be clear: for my part, I am not gonna be making any cool noises or performing, neither will 65days. What I will be doing is trying not to mumble while showing off an over-engineered slideshow, making snarky comments about A.I. and generally bringing the tone down.
If that is your thing and you're in/near Sheffield, tickets are here, and see you next week! If not, I didn't get an answer about whether it will be filmed or not, but if I come out the other side with anything easily shareable I will certainly consider sharing it.
P.S - That slideshow image is taken from the Wreckage Systems Technical Overview which, if you haven't seen, is worth a click.
